If you haven’t already, you will soon receive your Mencap Marathon running vest through the post.

Now while you train, people will know that you are about to #doit4mencap at Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon on May 2!

Remember, there is an excellent list of events and park runs to help you build your fitness on the training page of this website – so wear your vest with pride as you scale the giddy ladders of training success.

Our special Marathon Socks, designed by 41 year old Andrew Bonner, a Mencap tenant in with our Supported Living Service in Omagh, are now in production and they are awesome!
