Posted on 23 Jul 23 Jul

Jonathan Hanna and Leah McCourt of Mencap spent a recent afternoon training for Mencap’s upcoming Mourne Mountain Challenge, which is happening 15th August 2015 at Slieve Donard. The learning disability charity is calling on the public to take part in the challenge to raise money for Mencap’s Big Step Forward Appeal, which seeks to raise £1.7m to build, equip and run a new centre for children and young people with a learning disability and their families in Northern Ireland.

Visit www.mencapbigstepforward.org for info on Mencap Big Step Forward Appeal and how to join the Mencap Mourne Mountain Challenge.
