Return to Mencap Northern Ireland

Learning disability charity Mencap announced today (3 July) that is has completed the purchase of the Newtownbreda Primary School site for its new children and families centre from South Eastern Education and Library Board (SEELB).

Welcoming the purchase of the School Road site, Mencap in Northern Ireland director Iain Foster said, “Acquiring the site is a big step forward for our new state-of-the-art children and families’ centre. With the purchase completed, we can now move on with the appointment of contractors who will make the new centre a physical reality for people with a learning disability and their families.”
