1. Why have you decided to take part in 2017 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon?

Because I am part of the Falcons Running club and I enjoy taking part in the Marathon

2. Why have you become an official ambassador for Mencap?  Do you have any personal connections to the charity?

I went to the Mencap nursery when I was 2 and Mencap has been part of my life ever since

3. Mencap is the official charity partner of the 2017 Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon.  We want to encourage others to get active for Mencap – what reasons would you give other people to encourage them to take on a Marathon challenge and fundraise for Mencap in the Marathon?

I would support them and all the money raised is going to a great charity that helps children and young people with learning disabilities in Northern Ireland

4. What would be your top reason why people should get involved and #StepUp4Mencap and what are your tips for staying active?

Go to the gym, go out running – do what suits you and makes you happy – just be yourself

5.What are the best words of advice for someone taking on a big challenge like the Marathon for Mencap?

Just be yourself and be honest with yourself and what you can do and do your best to get out there and fundraise for Mencap
